The 82936A ROM Drawer allows the use of special HP proprietary ROMs to increase the capabilities of the Series 80 computers. Up to six ROMS could be inserted into the 82936A ROM drawer. Only one ROM drawer could be installed at any time. This example in our collection has two ROMs fitted in it, a I/O ROM (00087-15003 Rev A) and a Plotter ROM (00087-15002 Rev A).
